KW Group Achieves 75% Leasing Milestone at Flagship KW Delhi-6 Mall

KW Delhi-6 Mall, the flagship retail destination of KW Group in Raj Nagar Extension, has achieved a major leasing milestone with 75% of its leasable area now committed. This positions the mall as a premier shopping and lifestyle hub for the Delhi-NCR region.

In the last 6 months, brands such as Red Tape, Love & More, Swiss Beauty Select, EZE Perfume, and Love & More have opened exclusive stores. F&B brands including KFC, Samosa Singh, Single Dot Coffee, BBQ Beer Bash, BOBA Bhai, California Burrito, and Moko Cafe have also launched outlets. The Group has already signed MOU with Briyani blue, Mother Dairy, Phat Burger, Akava Luxury to open their stores and outlet in the mall.

Spread across over 5 lakh sq. ft., the mall has attracted a strong mix of anchor tenants, fashion labels, premium retailers, F&B chains, entertainment zones, and essential services. More than 105 stores have already opened, with additional brands lined up to launch soon. KW Group targets full leasing completion within the next 6 to 8 months.
