decision-making abilities and an indomitable spirit to lead with perfection. With an experience of about 32 years in his professional canvas, he started off as a chairman at LIC for about 15 years and also invested about 3 to 4 years of his life in the import and export industry. However, he found his true grounding in the domain of real estate in Delhi NCR wherein he initially owned a business in real estate in Faridabad and then worked with some of the most respected names in the industries, such as Acres and Inches.
Always having served in the most renowned of positions, like VP or the Associate Director in different commercial and residential projects in the companies aforementioned, Mr Hemant has always been particular about putting his best foot forward in all professional obligations. He strongly believes that investments in real estate are not a luxurious endorsement, but a necessity for every person to combat the insecurities and uncertainties of economic problems. Possessing a very comprehensive understanding of the operations and development of real estate in Delhi NCR, especially Noida, he believes that the real estate possibilities in Delhi NCR still have a lot of untapped potential and he wishes to employ his knowledge, understanding, and experience in this direction concretely, by reaching out to more number of people to educate them about productive measures to be taken while making mindful investment in the real estate sector. This national-level player in Volleyball has used his agility, concentration, and optimism in catering to his team’s requirements on all possible occasions.
