Power Scarf Awards Celebrates Women Who Create New Paths in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, April 2026: Marking World Creativity and Innovation Day, the Power Scarf Awards 2026 was held at Draper Startup House, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. bringing together a vibrant mix of women entrepreneurs, innovators, and ecosystem enablers from across Hyderabad. Conceptualized by M HerMaiden Store in association with the Telangana Innovation Cell (TGIC), the initiative stood apart in its intent.

Representing the innovation ecosystem, Sahil Suman, Lead -Marketing and Communication, Telangana Innovation Cell (TGIC)and Auszad Shaik, Vice President – Logistics and Supply Chain, Government of Telangana. The Program was also graced by *Ms. Shanthala Veigas, Senior Director, TiE Hyderabad*, where perspectives were shared on the importance of supporting women-led innovation.

The evening was not just about recognition, but about reflection and direction. Through engaging interactions and conversations, Mentors including Vandana Sharma, Namrata Swargari, Sana Afreen, and Mitalee Agrawal highlighted the importance of original thinking, intellectual ownership, and the realities of building something meaningful as a woman today.

With an intimate gathering of around 60 participants, the awards ceremony created a space that went beyond networking—it became a room where experiences were shared, perspectives aligned, and new directions began to take shape.
