Designed as an 11-month high-impact learning experience, the programme is tailored for emerging and experienced CFOs, as well as business leaders with over a decade of professional experience. It also features an online certificate course from Kellogg Executive Education, enabling participants to gain global perspectives alongside advanced financial leadership capabilities. The curriculum focuses on areas such as strategic finance, digital transformation, AI-driven decision-making, and corporate governance, ensuring participants are equipped to make high-impact financial decisions.
The programme integrates hands-on learning through faculty-guided capstone projects, business simulations, and peer-to-peer collaboration. Participants gain exposure to key areas such as economic dynamics, financial markets, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, business valuation, and C-suite leadership. These modules are designed to reflect real-world financial challenges, helping leaders translate insights into actionable strategies within their organisations.

The programme is open to graduates and diploma holders with a minimum of 10 years of work experience. Upon successful completion and maintaining the required attendance, participants will receive a certificate from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode along with Executive Alumni status. Additionally, participants who successfully complete the online modules will receive a verified digital certificate from Kellogg Executive Education.
