While wind and renewable EPC continue to form a significant part of our portfolio, Kshema Power India is actively contributing to India’s renewable energy transition by delivering end-to-end infrastructure solutions across wind, solar, and hybrid projects. Our integrated capabilities, from land acquisition and engineering to construction and commissioning, enable faster project execution and support large-scale clean energy deployment.
At the same time, our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business plays a crucial role in strengthening grid infrastructure for renewable integration. By developing high-voltage transmission lines and substations, we ensure efficient evacuation of green power and improved grid reliability. With a strong focus on innovation, execution excellence, and sustainability, Kshema Power is helping build a resilient and future-ready energy ecosystem aligned with India’s clean energy ambitions.
One of our most challenging projects involved a transmission line through highly congested and sensitive areas, where access and logistics required exceptional planning. The project also demanded working within narrow corridors, complex tower micro-siting, and multiple regulatory approvals. We successfully overcame these challenges through meticulous planning, phased execution, close community coordination, and strong supervision, showcasing Kshema Power’s ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, even under demanding conditions.
Kshema Power has delivered multiple AIS and GIS substations across various voltage levels, supporting both renewable evacuation and grid strengthening. We undertake the entire spectrum from engineering and procurement to installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring reliable grid integration. With every project, we strengthen our technical expertise and specialised capabilities in substation EPC, enabling faster and more efficient infrastructure rollout.
Looking ahead to 2026 and beyond, Kshema Power India’s strategic priorities are centered on scaling execution while effectively managing increasing project complexity. As project sizes grow and delivery environments become more challenging, strengthening core capabilities across wind + solar EPC as well as transmission & distribution remains key. We have also started our Operations & Maintenance business as a separate vertical and hope to achieve scale in the next few quarters.
Technology adoption will be selective and outcome-driven, with emphasis on solutions that enhance execution efficiency, reliability, safety, and predictability rather than novelty alone. Digital tools, data- led planning, and improved coordination frameworks will support this approach. Geographic expansion is another priority, with a focus on strengthening our pan-India execution footprint while selectively evaluating international opportunities aligned with our expertise. Anchoring all these efforts is a long-term perspective on infrastructure value creation delivering assets that perform reliably over their lifecycle and contribute meaningfully to India’s clean energy transition and grid resilience.
