In a first-of-its-kind documentary campaign filmed at its Palghar manufacturing facility, the brand invites every Indian household to see exactly how safe, health-first cookware is built from raw metal to the kitchen shelf.
Mumbai, April 7, 2026: This World Health Day, Vinod Intelligent Cookware is reframing one of the most overlooked questions in every Indian kitchen, not what you cook, but what you cook in. The brand has launched a documentary-style video campaign, produced by creative agency Revamp, that takes consumers on an immersive first visit to its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Palghar, Maharashtra, revealing the end-to-end journey of a pressure cooker from flat metal sheets to a finished, safety-tested product ready for the home. Hosted by brand ambassador Chef Nehal, and featuring the founders of Vinod Intelligent Cookware in candid, on-camera conversations, the film goes live on the brand’s YouTube page with shorter cuts rolling out simultaneously across Instagram and LinkedIn.

The campaign is anchored by a single, powerful insight: Indian consumers are increasingly intentional about ingredients, sourcing, and nutrition, yet rarely pause to ask whether the cookware carrying those ingredients is itself safe, transparent, or held to any meaningful health standard. The Palghar documentary closes that gap in the most direct way possible by showing, rather than telling. The film takes viewers through each stage of the manufacturing process: raw material sourcing, metal sheet cutting, body pressing and lid fabrication, multi-point valve and safety fitting, rigorous pressure testing, and final finishing and packaging. Particular focus is placed on safety engineering and quality control protocols that underpin every Vinod product.
The film also highlights the factory’s women-led workforce from the local Palghar community, adding a grounded, human dimension to a story that is as much about people as it is about products. Three product lines are at the heart of the campaign: Vinod’s precision-engineered Pressure Cookers with multi-point safety valve systems; SAS Pro, its stainless aluminium steel range built for even heat distribution and food-safe cooking; and Ceravit, its newest toxin-free ceramic range, free from PTFE and PFOA, designed for consumers who want the ease of non-stick without the chemical compromise.
Speaking on the campaign, Sunil Agarwal, Managing Director, Vinod Cookware India Pvt Ltd, said, “At Vinod Intelligent Cookware, we have always believed that the healthiest kitchen is one built on trust. This World Health Day, we wanted to go beyond communication and offer something more meaningful transparency. We are opening our factory doors because we believe every Indian family deserves to see exactly how their cookware is made, the standards it is held to, and the care that goes into every product. Healthy cooking starts long before the food hits the pan; it starts here, on our factory floor.“

The campaign will be amplified through a long-form documentary on YouTube, supported by highlight cuts and reels on Instagram and LinkedIn, targeting both consumers and trade audiences. It marks the first time Vinod Intelligent Cookware has opened its manufacturing facility to the public in any format. It signals the brand’s broader shift toward transparency as a brand value, not merely a marketing message.
