The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has commenced the registration process for its 64th Campus Placement Programme for newly qualified Chartered Accountants. The timelines for registration of participating organisations as well as candidates have been duly notified through the official placement portal.
In a continued effort to ensure uniformity and high standards across all centres, ICAI has introduced a standardised orientation programme. This programme will cover key aspects including an overview of the placement process, career opportunities for Chartered Accountants, employer expectations, interview preparedness and practical guidance for candidates.
The programme has already witnessed strong participation, with a large number of reputed companies across diverse sectors registering for the campus drive. Major recruitment activities are being organised across nine leading centres—Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad and Jaipur.
Additionally, placement activities will also be conducted across 20 smaller centres, ensuring wider regional outreach and inclusive participation.

Further to assist candidates for the interview ICAI also organised the CA Career Catalyst Programme 2026, virtually from 15th to 22nd March 2026, the programme featured domain-focused sessions across key areas such as taxation, M&A, finance, audit, consulting and emerging fields like forensic accounting and GCC/offshore accounting.
It also included structured training on group discussions, HR preparedness, mock interviews, and one-to-one mentoring to strengthen placement readiness. The programme received an encouraging response and is effectively serving as a bridge between CA Final results and campus placement opportunities.
The Institute organizes its Campus Placement Programme three times annually to connect Newly Qualified Chartered Accountants with potential employers. This initiative serves as a one-stop platform for organizations to scout top talent by reviewing profiles, interacting with candidates, and recruiting professionals who stand out as “better than the best.” Last year (2025-26), over 10,200 job offered, with the highest domestic package of ₹32.33 lakh per annum offered during the 63rd Campus Placement Programme.
