New Delhi: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has released a short notification for recruitment to Trade Apprentice posts. According to the notice, the application process will begin tomorrow, September 15, 2025, and continue until October 16, 2025. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the official website powergrid.in. Applicants are advised to check eligibility criteria before applying.
Who Can Apply?

Candidates with qualifications such as 10th/ITI, BE/BTech, BSc, or Diploma in relevant fields are eligible.

The minimum age requirement is 18 years.

Required Documents
Applicants must upload scanned copies of:

Apprenticeship registration/enrollment number under NATS/NAPS with a 100% completed profile.

Educational certificates and mark sheets.

Proof of age (Matriculation certificate, Aadhaar card, Passport, etc.).

Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL) as per Government of India format, if applicable.

Cancelled cheque/first page of bank passbook (DBT-enabled account).

Recent passport-size photograph and signature.
Selection Process

There will be no written exam or interview.

Candidates will be shortlisted based on educational qualifications.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.

Final selection will be made after DV, and the selected candidates will be appointed to the available posts.

The apprenticeship duration will be 12 months (1 year).
