A Dream Redirected, Not Defeated
Despite his immense talent and relentless effort, Ashik’s dream of becoming a professional cricketer never materialized. In India’s competitive sports ecosystem, it often takes more than just talent—it requires money, influence, and luck. Yet, Ashik did not allow that reality to break him. Instead, he used it to build something powerful. “If I couldn’t be the player,” he said, “I would build the path for others to follow.” This resilience became the foundation of his life’s mission.
Founding 4Champz: Giving Dreams a Platform
From that passion and pain, 4Champz Innovative Pvt. Ltd. was born. Ashik envisioned an ecosystem where talent would not go unnoticed, where passion could be turned into profession, and where every student could have a second shot at greatness. Today, 4Champz partners with over 100 schools across India, has empowered more than 1,000 coaches—many of them once aspiring players like Ashik—and has hosted over 500 successful events.
4Champz offers structured, school-aligned programs in sports such as cricket, football, basketball, yoga, martial arts, and swimming, alongside performing arts like dance, music, and theatre. Skill-based learning modules in chess, public speaking, and life skills further reinforce Ashik’s vision of developing well-rounded individuals. “4Champz is about more than training athletes—it’s about creating coaches, mentors, and leaders,” says Ashik.
Kalajit Quantum: Transforming Healthcare for the Common Man
Ashik’s innovative spirit doesn’t stop with sports. He co-founded Kalajit Quantum Pvt. Ltd. alongside RV Mamatharaj to bring change to India’s healthcare sector. Kalajit is designed to make clinics and hospitals more efficient with features such as real-time token tracking, live doctor availability, and digital health passports. The goal is to create a smart healthcare ecosystem that prioritizes the needs of patients, starting from underserved tier 2 and 3 cities.
Mamdev Yoga Hub: Promoting Holistic Well-Being
In line with his commitment to community health, Ashik has once again partnered with RV Mamatharaj to support Mamdev Yoga Hub in Bengaluru. Rooted in RV Mamatharaj’s vision of building a healthy Bengaluru, this initiative brings structured yoga and wellness programs to schools and local communities. It aims to foster physical strength, emotional balance, and mental clarity among students and families.
“Yoga is essential to balance and resilience. Supporting this vision is my way of giving back to the community,” Ashik affirms.
Guided by Gratitude: The People Who Made It Possible
Ashik attributes his success to a few key people and institutions who believed in him when few did. His partner RV Mamatharaj has been a mentor, co-creator, and friend through all ventures. Chrysalis High School was one of the first institutions to adopt the 4Champz vision, giving Ashik the platform he needed to scale.
Vision for the Future: Scaling Impact Across India
Looking ahead, Ashik has ambitious yet purposeful goals. He aims to expand 4Champz to over 1,000 schools and train more than 10,000 coaches. For Kalajit, the vision is to become the backbone of healthcare operations across 100,000 clinics. Mamdev Yoga Hub is envisioned as a citywide wellness movement, starting in Bengaluru and scaling to other metros.
