NCR, 28 June 2025: Nirala World has completed construction and fulfilled the formalities of phase 5 of Nirala Estate and obtained the Occupancy Certificate (O.C) for towers 34, 35, 36 and 37 from competent authorities. The group is all set to offer possession and hand over the keys to 454 flat owners. Over the past two years, the group has secured O.C of 1,634 units in the towers of phase 2, 3, and 4 before 2-3 years of its mentioned deadline in RERA. Post O.C of phase 5, the project is now completely delivered which is spread over 25 acres having 4,038 units of 2, 3, 3+1, 4 and 4+1 BHK options. The project is situated in Greater Noida West’s Techzone 4,Uttar Pradesh.
The entire project has been divided into two sections, each of 12.50 acre. With 1,950 units, Nirala Estate Phase 1 received O.C in 2017, before RERA. The remaining land portion was introduced in four phases starting in 2018. Modern construction technique and strong monitoring helped Nirala World to complete the phases before the mentioned dates on the RERA portal. The group has received O.C for phases 2, 3, and 4 around 20232024 which has 1,634 units.
