iPhone alarm not making sound or vibrating: The first thing that comes to mind when you wake up in the morning is to set the alarm. Almost everyone has this habit. For the last few days, I also set an alarm and sleep every night. But the next morning the alarm does not ring. Because of this I get late for office every day. I thought it might be my fault…but everyone has to face this problem. Most people sleep with an alarm at night but it does not ring the next morning. Many videos regarding this went viral on social media, where people complained fiercely to Apple. Apple also responded to this.
Apple is fixing it
Many people shared the problem related to this on social media platform X and Reddit, where people told that their alarm is not ringing. A report revealed that Apple accepted the problem that the iPhone’s alarm is not giving any sound. The company said that they are trying to fix it as soon as possible.
Make changes in these settings
If you are also facing the same problem then you will have to make some changes in the settings. First of all go to Settings, see whether Ringtone and Volume Slider, Alerts Sounds and Haptics are maximum or not. Whether your phone’s ringer is on or off will not make any difference to your alarm. But your volume settings should be fine. If your ringer is set to a low volume, your alarm will not ring loudly. According to Apple’s website, Alarm matches the volume of your ringer. If you don’t want the right volume of the alarm, you can set it with the Volume Up and Down buttons. Apart from this, you can set the volume in Sounds by going to Settings.
Have you not set the volume?
If the “Change with Buttons” option is activated in Settings, your alarm’s volume may be reduced. Due to this there may be some change in the features. Let us tell you, until Apple fixes this problem, users should try making changes in the settings and for that follow the steps given below.
First go to Settings
Click on the toggle for Attention Aware Features
There the option of Face ID and Passcode will appear.
Try turning it on and off.
