Dholera is being developed with support from the Government of India and the Government of Gujarat as part of the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor initiative. The wider region is planned to support advanced industries, including semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace and defence, renewable energy, green hydrogen, pharmaceuticals and heavy engineering.
The city’s planned infrastructure includes road networks, electricity, water supply, sewage treatment, drainage and telecommunications. Major connectivity initiatives, including the Ahmedabad–Dholera Expressway and Dholera International Airport, are expected to improve regional access as development progresses. The wider vision also includes residential communities, social infrastructure, schools, hospitals and facilities to support businesses and residents.
Through its 250-acre Dholera project, Stance International intends to pursue opportunities connected with the region’s long-term growth. The project’s ownership, development rights, approvals and implementation status should be confirmed through the relevant legal and project documentation.
Authorised Partnerships and Industry Expertise
Stance International reports that it is an authorised partner of Autoingress Australia and ASSA ABLOY. These partnerships complement the company’s interests in architectural products, marketing and related business opportunities.
The company is led by co-founders Pooja Saini and Sulekh K. Sharma. Pooja brings approximately ten years of professional experience, including experience with Rentomojo. Sulekh holds qualifications including BSc IT, PGDM and MBA, alongside MCSE, CCNA and Six Sigma credentials. His professional experience includes Ozone Overseas Ltd., Häfele and Hindware.
Corporate Expansion and Future IPO Vision
Stance International’s future roadmap includes plans for formal company incorporation, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This step is intended to support a stronger corporate structure, business expansion and long-term growth.
The company also aspires to pursue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the future. This is a long-term ambition rather than a confirmed listing. Any IPO would depend on the company’s readiness, financial performance, applicable eligibility criteria, market conditions and regulatory approvals.
