Since establishing its Delhi headquarters in 2004–05, the company has continued to partner with the same distributor network it began with—spanning North and East India.

Rungta Tea operates a manufacturing facility in Siliguri, where the family closely oversees quality control. The company reports tasting nearly 2,000 tea samples to select just 15–20 blends for its premium product lines.
Best known through its flagship Real Gold brand, Rungta Tea has expanded far beyond its Bihar roots to serve consumers across Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, and Delhi NCR. Rajasthan, in particular, has demonstrated strong demand for the brand’s premium offerings.
