Rasheed Sait Elevated to Chief Growth Officer, India/South Asia

A respected figure in the marketing space, Rasheed Sait transitions from his successful tenure at GPJ India—where he served for over two decades—to take on the role of Chief Growth Officer for Project Worldwide India/South Asia.

Under his leadership, GPJ India flourished into a top-tier integrated marketing agency with a presence in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi. His efforts have garnered numerous accolades, including ‘Specialist Agency of the Year’ and the ‘Indira Excellence Award’, recognizing his contribution to the experiential marketing landscape.

In his new role, Rasheed will:

  • Spearhead growth across GPJ and other Project Worldwide entities in India

  • Drive the region’s expansion strategy, including mergers and acquisitions

  • Collaborate with global offices to onboard international client relationships

  • Lead the development of the Center of Excellence in Bangalore

  • Continue serving on the board of GPJ India and advise regional leadership

Neha brings a diverse portfolio of experience, having held senior leadership positions at IBM, where she:

  • Built a Digital Marketing Demand Centre for the APAC region

  • Led as APAC Geo Leader for Sales Development at IBM Technologies

Her background in technology, automotive, and retail aligns seamlessly with GPJ India’s mission to craft meaningful, immersive brand experiences.

As Managing Director, Neha will:

  • Lead the GPJ India team across all verticals
