Shukrana Gratitude Foundation, founded by Ontologist & Relationship Expert Aashmeen Kaur Munjaal, has been promoting child mental health and gratitude as part of the Thank You India Campaign. The foundation recently conducted a program at a school where gratitude was introduced and practiced as part of the curriculum.
The introduction of gratitude has resulted in a multitude of benefits for the students, including an increase in academic performance and marks, improved bonding with parents and teachers, and a positive culture and atmosphere within the school.
Talking about the same, Aashmeen Kaur Munjaal stated, “After witnessing the positive impact of gratitude on the lives of children, teachers, and parents, the school team pledged towards raising young people in an environment who are grateful for their Mother country and took part in the Thank You India campaign.”
As part of the school program, Shukrana was taught to students, allowing them to be calm and focused during the exam period. According to Aashmeen, “In the past, students observed their academic performance increase when they practiced gratitude for their learnings and education rather than being anxious, and it resulted in better grasping of subjects for the students.”
The program by Shukrana Gratitude Foundation aims to promote child mental health and well-being through the practice of gratitude, which has been proven to have a positive impact on mental health.
