SVKM’s NMIMS Indore successfully hosted the Annual ACM India Chapter Summit 2025 on 19th and 20th December, marking a significant milestone in the institute’s academic and industry engagement journey. The two-day summit brought together ACM student chapters, professional chapters, SIGs, and ACM-W chapters from across the country for an immersive exchange of ideas, innovation, and collaboration.
Held under the theme “The Human–AI Partnership: Shaping Human Capital for an AI Era,” the summit provided a dynamic platform to explore how computing and artificial intelligence can augment human capabilities and prepare the future workforce for an AI-driven world.
Strong Participation from India’s Leading Institutions
The summit witnessed participation from 250+ speakers, 150+ students, and 100+ faculty members representing IITs, NITs, and other premier institutions across India, making it one of the most impactful ACM India Chapter Summits to date.
Participants engaged with leading voices from academia and industry through expert talks, panel discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions, gaining insights into emerging trends in artificial intelligence, inclusive computing, ethical technology adoption, and innovation-led careers. Panel discussions encouraged meaningful dialogue on aligning academic learning with industry needs, while hands-on workshops provided exposure to real-world technological challenges.
NMIMS Indore: Advancing Industry-Ready Education
NMIMS Indore continues to distinguish itself in Central India through its strong focus on industry readiness and experiential learning. Notably, it is the first institute in Madhya Pradesh to host the ACM India Chapter Summit at this scale, reinforcing its growing national academic footprint.
