Navi UPI Partners with ONDC to Simplify Metro Travel Across Major Indian Cities

India, 25 November 2025: Navi UPI has announced its integration with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) Network, introducing a fully digital and frictionless metro ticketing experience for commuters in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. The service will soon expand to Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kochi, bringing simplified mobility solutions to even more cities.


One App for Planning, Booking & Paying for Metro Travel

With this integration, Navi UPI users can now:

  • Plan their metro routes

  • Purchase single and return journey Metro QR tickets

  • Make instant UPI payments

All within one seamless journey flow. Commuters can avoid long queues, skip switching between multiple apps, and go completely paperless.

This initiative is part of ONDC Network’s broader strategy to bring mobility solutions into the open network ecosystem. Navi UPI will continue to expand this capability to additional metro systems and urban transport networks.
