India, Dec 17, 2025 – Kovon Global Private Limited announced the launch of India’s first verified global job marketplace and software platform for skilled and semi-skilled workers. Through the launch of this programme, Kovon is addressing the increase in the number of workers who are currently being mistreated by brokers and informal hiring networks, and creating a legally compliant and trustworthy alternative for Indians to find international jobs.
To support its launch, Kovon has contracted with over 50 licensed recruitment agents and more than 10,000 applicants have already registered for Kovon’s waiting list. This provides evidence of the high demand for a verified path to international employment from workers in India.
The software-driven approach developed by Kovon combines a variety of technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), fraud detection, compliance workflows, skills-to-job mapping and cultural fit information, to connect licensed RAs and employers around the world with verified and authentic talent. The marketplace provides a single platform that will help to streamline the entire cycle of recruiting candidates from source to placement using a secure and data-backed system.
Co-founder of Kovon Swayamjeet Das states, “Kovon isn’t just a job platform; it is part of a larger effort to restore confidence in the migration system within India.” Das continues, “Kovon is a software platform that uses AI and document intelligence to eliminate middlemen who have engaged in dishonest practices, allowing each migrant worker to have a secure, legitimate, and documented means of access to global job opportunities.”
Kovon’s long-term goals are ambitious: by 2030, the company plans to assist 1.5 million Indian citizens in obtaining overseas jobs that will provide generational wealth for their families and improve India’s status as a global workforce participant.
Kovon aims to be an agent of change for our industry by making the business of migration in India more professional and providing this community with the tools necessary to fight against exploitation via transparency.
