When did the budget come in Hindi for the first time
When India got independence, for many years its budget was presented in English only. But in 1955-56 the government changed the rules and after that, it was decided to print the budget in two languages i.e. English as well as Hindi.

This happened in the year 1950..then a part of the Union Budget was leaked by mistake. The budget papers were printed in Rashtrapati Bhavan. Thereafter the printing process was transferred to the Government Press at Minto Road in New Delhi and then in 1980 to the North Block of the Secretariat building.
