Mumbai, May 19: The first edition of India Construction Tech Demo Day 2025, hosted by RealtyNXT, concluded successfully at Sofitel BKC, bringing together over 200+ CXOs and senior leaders from across the construction and real estate ecosystem.
Curated as a live, product-first experience, the event showcased 12 cutting-edge startups solving real-world challenges in the built environment — from cement-free materials and construction robotics to AI-driven site monitoring and digital execution tools.
The shortlisted startups were evaluated by an expert jury including:
Goutham Gedela (Head – Commercial Business, MyHome Constructions),
Parag Saraiya (Project CEO, Rustomjee),
Rajib Sarkar (VP Procurement, DLF),
Nikhil Bagatkotkar (Director – Tech Sales, Autodesk),
Rahul Mahajan (Group CIO, Rustomjee), and
Rajesh Dhuddu (Partner – Emerging Tech, PwC India).
Following live on-stage demos and rigorous evaluation, six winners were announced across key categories:

- Special Jury Mention: Digital Labour Chowk
- Audience Favourite Demo: SitePace.ai
- Sustainable Impact Award: Hedrad
- Most Curious Product: Propall
- Best Use Of Emerging Tech: Contineu
