Hyderabad, India | November 13, 2025: Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (HCCB), one of India’s leading FMCG companies, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Directorate of Employment and Training (DET), Government of Telangana, to provide technical training and real-world industrial exposure to students pursuing Industrial Training Institute (ITI) courses across the state.
Building Industry-Ready Talent
The MoU—signed by Mr. S.V.K. Nagesh, Joint Director, Directorate of Employment and Training (DET), Telangana, and Mr. B. Tirupathi Rao, Cluster HR Head, HCCB—was formalized at the DET headquarters in Hyderabad.
The collaboration aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industrial application by enabling short-term internships at HCCB factories and offices across Telangana. Trainees will gain exposure to real-world operations, process optimization, and best practices in safety, quality, and sustainability—key pillars of HCCB’s manufacturing excellence.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. S.V.K. Nagesh, Joint Director, DET, Government of Telangana, said:
