From Jobless to Successful Farmer: Kamlesh Mishra’s Inspiring Journey

While on one hand the youth have to struggle for jobs after completing their studies, on the other hand farmers are also seen struggling with the ups and downs and problems that come with farming.

But Kamlesh Mishra, living in Deoria district of Uttar Pradesh, has done something due to which he has become an inspiration for both youth and farmers. Even after studying, when he did not get a job, then he chose to do farming, due to which today he is not only earning good income but has also become an example for the people.

Who is Kamlesh Mishra?

Kamlesh Mishra lives in Deoria district of Uttar Pradesh, like other youth, he also had a dream of getting a job and making a career after studying. For this he studied B.Com and then applied for a job, but despite many attempts he did not get any job and from here a new turn came in his life.

After not getting a job, Kamlesh Mishra decided to do farming, he started farming but his method was different from traditional farming. Using his education and knowledge, he started farming with polyhouse technique. Kamlesh had seen and heard many places on TV and Internet that off-season vegetables can be easily grown in polyhouses and there is a high demand in the market for those vegetables which are generally not available in that season.

In the beginning, Kamlesh Mishra had to face a lot of problems in doing farming with this polyhouse technique, the farmers around him also refused him to do farming with this technique, saying that the expense in it is very high and it is difficult to make profit. . But Kamlesh had full confidence in the decision for himself.

To cultivate vegetables through polyhouse technology, he first needed to build a polyhouse, for which he first went to Rajasthan and understood the way of research and working on polyhouses with the farmers there, then went to the Horticulture Department and got information about government schemes of.

After which he prepared a polyhouse which was completed for Rs 43 lakhs, for this Kamlesh took advantage of government schemes and got 50 percent subsidy from the government for this project. If we talk about his profits today, he has achieved a profit of Rs 30 lakhs in one year by investing Rs 5 lakhs.

Today, Kamlesh Mishra has become an example for the farmers doing farming and has also emerged as an example for the youth who have proved that if you have the ability then you can earn good income through farming also.
