Suhas Desai brings over 20 years of industry experience spanning cybersecurity, cloud computing, and managed services. Prior to joining Embee Software, Desai served as Chief Technology Officer at CyberNxt, where he played a key role in advancing cybersecurity innovation. He also held a leadership position at NuSummit Cybersecurity, where he managed the India and APAC profit and loss portfolio. During his tenure, he spearheaded regional expansion efforts and significantly scaled managed detection and response (MDR) services, building a team of over 250 professionals.
Over the course of his career, Desai has held senior leadership roles at prominent global organizations including Infosys, PwC, and Tech Mahindra. In these roles, he contributed to the development and expansion of cloud security frameworks, threat management systems, and cyber advisory services, helping enterprises strengthen their security posture in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
A respected voice in the cybersecurity ecosystem, Desai is also a regular speaker at leading global and industry forums such as RSA APJ, OWASP, ISACA, NASSCOM, DSCI, and INTEROP. His insights on emerging threats, risk management, and cyber resilience have positioned him as a thought leader in the domain.
In his new role at Embee Software, Desai will lead the company’s Cybersecurity and Managed Services divisions, with a focus on enhancing capabilities in Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) services. His mandate includes driving innovation, strengthening service delivery, and helping clients build resilient digital infrastructures.
