Dhoot Transmission Appoints Mr. Naveen Kumar as Group CEO

Mumbai, 30th September, 2025 – Dhoot Transmission Group, a leader in the auto component industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Naveen Kumar as its new Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this new role he will report to Founder and Managing Director, Mr. Rahul Dhoot. Mr. Naveen Kumar brings over three decades of senior leadership experience across the automotive, manufacturing, and technology sectors, with a strong track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and global partnerships.
Throughout his career, he has led major organizational transformations, business turnarounds, and large-scale expansions. As Group CEO of Napino Auto & Electronics, he successfully scaled revenues, strengthened operational efficiency, and established a state-of-the-art R&D center. Under his leadership, the company also created strategic joint ventures with global majors such as Continental AG and ZF TRW.

Naveen holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education and has completed a Senior Management program at IIM Calcutta.
