Actually, there is a problem with the function of the aircraft altimeter due to 5G services. Following the instructions of DGCA, the country’s second-largest telecom company Bharti Airtel has stopped 5G services at some airports.
What is the matter?
The directive states that telecom companies should not have any base extension for the 3.3 GHz-3.67 GHz frequency range at a distance of 2100 meters from both ends of the runway and 910 meters from the central line of the runway. After this, Bharti Airtel 5G Services has stopped 5G services at 5 airports in the country.
