India, 9 July 2025: The ANSR Foundation has officially launched Prarambh, a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering underprivileged engineering graduates and final-year students in Bengaluru. Designed as a state-of-the-art learning center, Prarambh—which means a new beginning—aims to close the gap between academic education and employability in high-demand sectors.
Leveling the Playing Field for India’s Future Tech Workforce
Targeting youth from economically disadvantaged communities, Prarambh provides structured, industry-aligned training that prepares participants for roles such as Associate System Engineer and IT Support. Each cohort consists of 30 high-potential students, selected through a merit- and need-based process.
