Mumbai, 10 June 2025 – ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, backed by global investment firm Blackstone, has announced the appointment of Amit Singh as the new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This key leadership move reinforces the Group’s focus on strengthening its people-centric culture while accelerating its transformational growth journey.
With over 20 years of experience in human resources, primarily within the financial services sector, Amit Singh brings deep expertise in shaping dynamic HR ecosystems, driving cultural transformation, and crafting talent strategies. His leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing ASK’s mission to become a high-performing, agile, and values-led organization.

Prior to this role, Amit served as Chief People Officer at PNB Housing Finance, where he led an end-to-end HR transformation encompassing administration, CSR, and ESG initiatives. His career also includes senior HR leadership roles at SBI Funds Management Pvt Ltd, IDFC First Bank, TCS, and Blue Star Infotech.
