Actress Joyita Chatterjee who’s a stellar performing artiste known for her top-notch performances in projects like ‘Class of 2020’, ‘Baal Veer’ and more has an interesting update regarding season 2. Her performance was widely appreciated in ‘Class Of 2020’ once it was released and it was certainly an instrumental part behind the success of the project. After the massive success of season 1, netizens were eagerly for part 2. So far, there have been speculations about the release of season 2, whether season 2 was actually shot entirely or not and a lot more. Well finally, much to the delight of everyone, Joyita has shared an interesting update on being asked about the same. When asked about whether season 2 of ‘Class Of 2020’ has been completely shot or not, Joyita revealed,
“Yes, the shooting is complete. First of all, I am really grateful to the audience for giving so much love to Class Of 2020 and my performance in the same. It’s the most delightful feeling for an actor to see her work being appreciated. Immensely grateful. Talking about season 2, yes, it is true. We completed the shooting of season 2 after the success of season 1. So yes, the project has already been shot.”
On being asked more about when the project can be expected to be released, she concluded by saying,
“Well, I am not really sure about this at the moment. What I know is that after the shoot was complete, we were scheduled to have the release around the end of 2022. Once that didn’t happen, we thought it will release in 2023 but unfortunately, that didn’t happen as well. Now we are in the beginning of 2025. So, I am not sure about the timeline but I really hope sooner or later it does come out. As an actor, I have given my everything to my character and it’s a wonderful project which the audience will really enjoy. So I really hope it comes out soon. Fingers crossed.”
