Osho Dham Announces Meditation Programs and Celebrations from 16 to 28 October 2026

New Delhi, 16 October 2026: Osho Dham, the meditation sanctuary devoted to the vision of Osho, has announced its line-up of programs for 16 to 28 October 2026. Open 365 days a year, with daily meditations from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM, the sanctuary invites seekers, families and first-time visitors to explore inner stillness through several paths. Each program begins the previous evening with Osho Evening Satsang at 6:30 PM.

Three programs open the fortnight on 16 October. “Who Am I?”, facilitated by Swami Anand Kul Bhushan and Swami Anand Rajnish, runs until 18 October and encourages participants to explore their identity, observe their conditioning and reflect on the fundamental questions of existence. The No Mind Group, led by Swami Dhyan Pulak, continues until 22 October, using active meditation to help participants quiet mental chatter and develop greater awareness. Osho Neo Reiki: The Art of Inner Healing, facilitated by Swami Dhyan Akhil, concludes on 18 October and focuses on healing through touch, relaxation and awareness, supporting emotional and physical well-being.

A Sannyas Celebration Day on 17 October will welcome those wishing to take initiation into Osho’s path, marking a milestone for individuals seeking a deeper commitment to meditation. On 18 October, Keertan Meditation with Live Music will take place from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, offering participants an opportunity to experience meditation through music, rhythm and collective celebration.

From 22 October to 1 November, guest facilitators Ma Prem Amiyo and Swami Prem Chetan from France will lead Gurdjieff Sacred Dances: The Search for Conscious Harmony. The program introduces participants to mindful movement and sacred dance, bringing together body, mind and heart to develop coordination, presence and inner balance. The international facilitators will also offer an introductory session on Gurdjieff Sacred Dances from 22 to 24 October, helping participants understand the principles behind these practices and prepare for a deeper exploration of conscious movement.

Osho Zazen Group: Sitting Silently Doing Nothing, led by Swami Dhyan Pulak, begins on the evening of 27 October and continues until 1 November. Rooted in the practice of sitting meditation, Zazen encourages participants to observe their thoughts without reacting to them, cultivating stillness, clarity and a deeper connection with the present moment.

Together, these programs offer practical ways to pause amid the pressures of modern life, whether through self-inquiry, active meditation, healing practices, music, mindful movement or silent sitting. They cater to different levels of experience, allowing both newcomers and regular meditators to explore approaches suited to their interests.

Programs marked “full participation mandatory” require attendance for their entire duration, while Osho Neo Reiki also requires advance booking. Full details and registration information are available at oshoworld.com/events.
