Indus Towers Supports Flash Flood-Affected Communities in Arunachal Pradesh

Arunachal Pradesh, 06 Jul, 2026: In response to the devastating flash floods and landslides that recently impacted several parts of Arunachal Pradesh, one of the world’s largest telecom infrastructure companies, Indus Towers, has extended emergency relief support to affected families in Yachuli, Keyi Panyor, Arunachal Pradesh.

Under its flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, ‘Pragati’, the company is distributing 330 kits comprising hygiene supplies, clothing, sanitation essentials, medicines, and other critical necessities designed to address the immediate needs of affected families. Particular attention has been given to supporting women, children, the elderly, and those who have been displaced by the disaster.

Representatives from Indus Towers, and local administration officials – Shri. Toko Tatung – Hon’ble HMLA, Yachuli, Smti. Shweta Nagarkoti Mehta (IAS) – DC, Keyi Panyor Dist., Shri. Angad Mehta (IPS) – SP, Keyi Panyor Dist., Shri Tajing Padung (APCS) – SDO, Yachuli, Keyi Panyor, and Ms. Nabam Piju – Zila Parishad Chairperson, Yachuli, Keyi Panyor Dist, were present during the distribution efforts, helping ensure timely assistance reaches those most impacted by the natural disaster.
