Investors Can Now Own Institutional-Grade Senior Housing Units Digitally, Starting at ₹10,000
Delhi, 26 March, 2026: Manasum Senior Living, one of South India’s leading specialists in senior housing, has announced a strategic partnership with Alt DRX to enable Tokenized, digital investment in senior living real estate. This collaboration aims to open up prime senior living investment opportunities to a wider audience, allowing investors to participate with as little as ₹10,000, without the complexities of traditional property ownership.
Under this partnership, select Manasum projects, Banyan at Godrej Royale Woods and Riva at Tata New Haven in Bengaluru, will be listed on the Alt DRX digital asset platform. Initially, five senior living units will be made available for investment, post which Manasum intends to place approximately 25% of its inventory (totalling to ~ 25 Crs) on Alt DRX,. As more projects are onboarded, the collaboration could eventually unlock a larger portion in senior living real estate for Tokenized investment participation.
The platform is designed to cater to a diverse and evolving investor base, including retail investors seeking stable, long-term real estate exposure in a high-growth asset class, High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) looking to diversify into housing assets with strong demographic tailwinds, and income-focused investors seeking consistent rental yields from professionally managed communities.
