New Delhi/Gurgaon: The Almawakening Foundation, a registered NGO dedicated to disability rights and inclusive empowerment, successfully hosted consecutive events of the Empowering Abilities Enabling Access (EAEA) – Season 3 at Nexus Select CityWalk Mall, New Delhi, and MGF Metropolis Mall, Gurgaon. The two-day initiative drew an overwhelming response, bringing together 300+ attendees in celebration of inclusivity, accessibility, and equal opportunity for the differently abled community.
Founder and Disability Rights Advocate Dr. Alma Chopra inaugurated the series with an inspiring message:
“Inclusion grows when we not only talk about empathy but actively practice it in the spaces we create.”
Her vision set the tone for two days of meaningful engagement, awareness activities, and collective dialogue.
The EAEA events aimed to enhance public understanding of diverse abilities while encouraging society to recognise and value the strengths and potential of differently abled individuals. The dynamic lineup of activities featured a Talent Hunt, Social Media Quiz, Sign Language Training, and an interactive conversation segment titled Yappology, each designed to promote participation, confidence, and social integration.
Both days witnessed the presence of esteemed Guests of Honour who reinforced the importance of inclusive growth.
At the Delhi event, Mr. Balraj Nune (National Incharge, SARAL & BJP Central Coordinator) shared,“A progressive society is built when every individual is given access, respect, and a platform to rise.”
In Gurgaon, Mr. Chirag Khattar (Representative, RSS Gurgaon) added,
“Inclusivity is not an act of charity—it is the foundation of a responsible society.”
NGO Advisor Dr. Charu Dutt Arora delivered the vote of thanks on both days, felicitating the winners and acknowledging the collective effort behind the initiative.
“EAEA is a movement that transforms awareness into meaningful action, inspiring communities to embrace inclusion every day,” he noted.
The two-day celebration concluded with a unified call to strengthen accessibility, dignity, and empowerment for all, reaffirming The Almawakening Foundation’s commitment to building a more inclusive and equitable society.
