Wagh Bakri ‘Rock & Roll’ Menu: Tradition Meets Café Cool

New Delhi, 10 November 2025: Wagh Bakri Tea Group, one of India’s most loved and trusted tea brands, has introduced its all-new ‘Rock & Roll’ food menu—an inventive blend of tradition and modern café culture that reimagines the timeless ritual of chai. The refreshed offering introduces indulgent comfort dishes and playful fusions designed to complement the perfect cup of tea, marking a bold step forward in Wagh Bakri’s café evolution.

At the heart of the new menu lies a tribute to India’s favourite comfort pairing—chai aur paratha—now reinterpreted for a younger, café-savvy audience. The lineup includes classic favourites like Aloo Pyaaz and Paneer Parathas, alongside global-inspired variants such as Chilly Cheese Paratha, Shawarma Rolls, Schezwan Rolls, and Kulchozzz, blending Indian flavours with a cosmopolitan twist. A showstopper on the menu, the Apple Pie Paratha with Ice Cream, transforms a traditional staple into a contemporary dessert designed for both indulgence and Instagram.

Infused with the warmth of Indian home flavours and the vibrancy of global café sensibilities, the ‘Rock & Roll’ menu caters to the modern consumer who enjoys parathas, rolls, and kulchas as both comfort food and social bites—perfect for sharing, pairing, and savouring.

The new menu and the refreshed look of the Wagh Bakri Tea Lounge were unveiled in the presence of culinary icon Chef Manjit Singh Gill, one of India’s most celebrated chefs and the President of the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations.

Marking this milestone, Sanjay Singal, CEO of Wagh Bakri Tea Group, said:

“With ‘Rock & Roll’, we are bringing together legacy and youthful energy. The menu aims to make our tea lounges a bridge between nostalgia and novelty, appealing equally to long-time tea drinkers and younger café enthusiasts. The lively ambience and thoughtfully curated dishes make our lounges more inviting, while our delivery options ensure that comfort and flavour reach customers wherever they are.”

He added,

“As lifestyles evolve and food delivery gains momentum, our goal is to strike a 50-50 balance between dining and delivery—so that guests can enjoy modern flavours without losing the warmth of shared tea moments.”

Chef Manjit Singh Gill shared his thoughts on the collaboration, saying:

“Chai is where conversations begin, and Wagh Bakri Tea Lounge captures that spirit beautifully. The new menu reinvents familiar favourites like parathas, rolls, and kulchas with a modern twist—quick, consistent, and full of character. The flavours are homely yet exciting, with crisp textures, generous fillings, and a balance that pairs perfectly with tea. It’s café culture with Indian soul.”

Founded in 1892, Wagh Bakri Tea Group continues to uphold its rich legacy as one of India’s leading tea brands, blending quality, tradition, and togetherness in every cup. Its expanding chain of Wagh Bakri Tea Lounges stands as the brand’s modern expression—where heritage meets innovation, and every sip tells a story.
