Rewa, Madhya Pradesh 30 September, 2025— Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a new property in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, to be operated under the Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels brand.
The project is promoted & being developed by Mr. Pradeep Bajpayee, founder of the Bajpayee Group, Rewa, marking the group’s entry into hospitality, apart from Education, Pharma & Real Estate.
The deal was exclusively facilitated by established consulting company EffoLogic, which offers end-to-end advisory services across the hospitality sector.
The Rewa property will feature 50 well-appointed rooms, two restaurants, a banquet hall, a swimming pool, and supporting public areas. The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
In terms of connectivity, the property is located approximately 19 km from Rewa Airport and about 13 km from Rewa Railway Station, and is well-connected by road to key destinations in Madhya Pradesh. Known as the “Land of the White Tiger” Rewa is a historic district in northeastern Madhya Pradesh with deep cultural and natural significance. Once the seat of the princely state of Rewa, the region is renowned for its royal heritage, temples, waterfalls, and wildlife. It is famously credited as the place where the first white tiger was discovered. With its blend of historical legacy and natural attractions, Rewa is increasingly drawing travelers, making it an emerging destination for cultural, religious, IT and eco-tourism in Central India.
The agreement with Lemon Tree Hotels was formally signed by Mr. Vilas Pawar, CEO – Managed & Franchise Business, Lemon Tree Hotels.
